A small garden can still take a proper room.

Most of the gardens we work in are Brighton and Hove terraces and semis. We plan the room around the plot and how you'll use it, so there's still space for a table, some lawn or planting.

If a smaller room, a different position or a simpler spec would suit you better, we'll tell you. We won't recommend a room that takes over the garden.

Access down a narrow passage, or through the house?

Plenty of gardens here can only be reached down a side passage or through the house itself. We check access at the survey and allow for it in the plan and the quote.

Before work begins, we agree with you how materials come in, where they're stored, our working hours and how waste leaves the site. Our own carpenters do the build.
