What we collect

When you request a survey, we collect your postcode, what the room is for, its rough size, your budget range, your timescale, the survey time you choose, your name, email address and, if you give them, your phone number, garden photos and notes about access. When you ask a question, we collect your question, your name, email address and, if you give them, your phone number and a good time to call.

How you found us

To learn which pages help people get in touch, your browser remembers the first page you visited on this site, the website that sent you here (its name only), any campaign tags in the link, and the last "Request a survey" or "Ask a question" button you clicked. This stays in your browser and is only sent to us with a form you choose to submit. We don't use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.

Why we use it

We use your details only to reply to you, arrange and carry out a survey you've asked for, and prepare a design and quote. We don't sell your details or use them for marketing.

Where it's kept

Survey requests and questions are stored in a private database hosted by Cloudflare. Garden photos are kept in private Cloudflare storage that only we can open. Survey requests also appear as an event in our private Google Calendar so we can hold the time you asked for. [TO CONFIRM: email provider, once requests are also sent by email]

How long we keep it

[TO CONFIRM: retention period for enquiries that don't go ahead, and for customers]
