What happens next

Hannah reviews your request and calls you within two working days.
She confirms a survey time with you. Your request isn't a booking until she has.
Ben visits for 45 to 60 minutes, usually within one to two weeks.
You get an outline design and itemised quote within five working days of the survey.

Surveys start between 9 am and 4 pm, Tuesday to Friday. A few Saturday mornings are available by arrangement, so mention it in your notes if that suits you better. Plans still vague? Ask for a call first.
