Built for a working day
Most people who ask us about a garden office have been working at the kitchen table or in a spare corner of the house. The Office gives you a separate room with a proper desk, space for storage and a chair you’d happily sit in all day.
It’s insulated through the floor, walls and roof, with double-glazed doors and windows and a panel heater as standard. We plan the desk around the light and the view, and the sockets around where you’ll actually plug things in.
Sizes
The Office is usually 3 × 2.5 m or 4 × 3 m, measured on the outside. The usable floor inside is smaller once the walls are built. [TO CONFIRM: internal floor area of each size]
Not sure which size you need? Tell us what you’ll be doing in there and we’ll suggest one. If a smaller room would suit your garden better, we’ll say so.
Extras worth thinking about
For an office, the extras to consider are wired internet, extra sockets, built-in storage and acoustic improvements. We’ll suggest extras around how you work rather than hand you a long upgrade list.
Other starting points

You don't need a finished idea. Knowing what you want the room to do is enough.
Tell us your postcode, roughly what the room is for and a budget you're comfortable with. We'll call within two working days, and the survey is usually within one to two weeks.
