When a standard room won’t fit
Some gardens slope, narrow to a point or can only be reached through the house. Some people want a room that does two jobs, like an office and a sitting area under one roof. That’s when we design from scratch.
A bespoke room is still built the same way as our standard rooms: the same insulation, weather protection and finish. What changes is the shape, the size and how we get it into your garden.
How the price works
Bespoke rooms start from £40,000 including VAT. Because every one is different, the real figure comes from the design and itemised quote we send after the survey. The quote lists what we’ve assumed about access, ground and the electrical connection.
Tell us what’s awkward
Garden photos and a note about access help a lot before the survey. If the project turns out to be outside our experience, we’ll tell you.
